Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your returned item. You will also learn whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time involved before a refund appears. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at sales@cheshirepumpsequipment.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@cheshirepumpsequipment.com and send your item to: Unit 28, Arkwright Road, Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn, WA7 1NU.
Warranty
Most of our products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If you believe your product is defective, please email us at sales@cheshirepumpsequipment.com. Do not return your item until you have contacted us to discuss a solution. Items used for purposes other than intended will not be covered under the warranty.
Returned items will undergo thorough testing and a full report will be generated. Once we receive this report, we will discuss the status of your replacement, refund, or warranty.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: Unit 28, Arkwright Road, Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn, WA7 1NU.
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If your item is valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
